This policy covers the Mr. Brushable app (Color Match, Landlord Kits and Book Me), run by Touch That Up Girl by Sparks, the maker of Mr. Brushable. We keep it short and plain.
Photos you take in Color Match
Color matching, the wall preview, the scuff finder and share cards all run on your own phone or computer. Your wall photos are not uploaded or stored by us. They stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us (see below).
Things saved on your device
My House rooms, your Landlord Kits property list and your finish choice are saved only in your browser on that device. We can't see them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Information you choose to send us
- Book Me: your name, phone, email, address, dates, notes and any photos you add, so we can confirm and do the visit.
- Landlord quote form: your name, company, email, phone, number of units and, if you choose, your property color list.
- Before & after: your photos, and your first name and city if you add them. We only show them on our website or social media if you check the box saying we can.
These forms are delivered to us through our website host, Netlify. We use this information only to answer you, schedule and do the work, and run our business. We don't sell it.
Orders and payment
When you tap to buy, you check out on mrbrushable.com, our Shopify store. Payment and shipping details are handled by Shopify under Shopify's privacy policy. The app itself never sees your card number.
Other services the app uses
The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts and a QR code tool from Cloudflare's cdnjs. Like any website, these services see basic technical information such as your IP address when they send those files.
Children
The app is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information you sent us, contact us and we'll take care of it.
